Father’s Day

With graduation season behind us all, it’s time to focus on the men of the hour: Fathers! Whether you’re an experienced dad, a soon-to-be pop, or anything along the spectrum of father figures, it’s your turn to be celebrated. BUT, if we’re being honest, you dads are most likely going to be the ones behind the grill at this weekend’s barbecues. I can’t help you get out of that, but what we can help you with its pairings! Before you start thinking that pairings have to be complex and complicated, especially with the range of foods that are about to be devoured this weekend, let me just reassure you that we’re going to break it down for you in the simplest, best way possible. Trust me.

There’s an old saying that goes along the lines of ‘red wine, red meat. white wine, white meat”. If you’re a fan of wine, who are we to deter you from this? But not all of us are going to reach over for a bottle of wine this weekend, so here’s to those who want something a little more their style or a little more variety.
